Daily manna, devotional publisher, Rev. Chris Kwakpovwe and his wife, Pastor Mrs. Dolapo Kwakpovwe have gone to court over the ownership their popular Nigerian Christian devotional book “Our Daily Manna” ODM.

The case with suite No:- FHC/LKC/458/2008/ is
before justice Ajumogobia of Federal High
Court, Lagos, Oyinkan Abayomi Street, Ikoyi,
Lagos.
According to report, the fallout is as a result of
their ongoing divorce suite in which the cleric is
accused of adultery. It was revealed that the
man of God is having a secret affair with his
church secretary, Miss. Flora Ejiro Igugu,
(otherwise known as Rev (Mrs) Flora Ejiro
Kwakpovwe) the mother of his love-child, Tijiri,
who was cited in the case.
The court proceedings will continue on
Wednesday 26th February, 2014 at the court
premises and according to report both of them
are set to reveal more hidden secrets .

The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Muhammed Abubakar, has ordered the Lagos State Police Command's Criminal Investigations Department, SCID, to re-open the 13 years old alleged killing of four Igbo youths by policemen attached to Aguda part of Surulere in Lagos State in 2001. Investigation by our correspondent revealed that the Network on Police Reform in Nigeria (NOPRIN) had recently urged the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mohammed Abubakar to respond to the request of the Honourable Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, that he provides the Honourable Attorney General of Lagos with the outcome of police investigation into the alleged extra judicial execution of four youths in Lagos in 2001.
